Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the fragrance in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the bottle is tightly sealed.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
